Kits & Mods

The TPD Regulations will mainly affect whole starter kits (those with tanks), tanks & e-liquids.

For Starter Kits, TPD according to our understanding at present means the following:

1. Requires the pack to include a health warning covering 30% of the surfaces of the unit packet and any outside packaging stating ‘This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance.’
2. Requires instructions for use, information on addictiveness and toxicity on the packaging and accompanying information leaflet.
3. It also introduces a new size limit for the tanks used. All new Tanks must be 2ml and must also have child proof mechanism to open.
