TPD Compliant

TPD stands for Tobacco Product Directive. In February 2014 the EU agreed a revised Tobacco Products Directive (TPD) which strengthens the rules on how tobacco products are manufactured, produced, and presented in the EU.

The Directive also includes a number of regulations regarding electronic cigarettes, herbal products for smoking, and smokeless tobacco products. 

 There has also been a transitional period and as of 20^th May 2017 all vaping products sold to consumers must be fully compliant with TPD.

 The regulations involve how the product’s packaged, if they are child proof, their size, and other such measures to regulate the industry better.

Thus to help our customers to identify products complying with the new regulations we will list all those products that we are informed are TPD Compliant.
